Real estate school weichertz is looking for a new home to start with, and they’re offering up to $2.8 million for the privilege.
The real estate real estate program is looking to hire 20 to 30 students for the next two years.
This isn’t the first time weichers have been recruiting students for a class; it’s the first they’ve been doing it at a large school.
Weicherts first class, which is about 40 students, had the goal of hiring 10 students a year for the following two years, but the students are currently hiring as many as they can.
Weics students need to be at least 18 years old and live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The first class is open for applications at 11 a.m.
PST today and is open to anyone who lives in the Bay Area, as well as students in the U.S. and Canada.
They’re looking for students who want to go from “low income, single parent home, to a home with two bedrooms and 4 bathrooms,” said a press release.
The school is accepting applications through August 31st.
It’s not yet clear if the class will be open for the first two years or if it will be offered for the duration of the school.
The students are not required to live in a specific home.
Weicohertz said the class is looking at students that are currently on the waiting list.
“We’re hoping to recruit some students in 2018, 2019 and 2020,” Weichers spokesperson Jessica Luskin said.
“The goal of this class is to provide a new start to students who are struggling to find affordable homes and are ready to build their own lives.”
It’s unclear what it will cost students to attend the class.
The program is funded by a grant and a portion of tuition is going towards helping the students pay for their homes.
