Australia’s newest property is a whopping 2,300 square feet.
It’s worth more than $150 million.
It’s an eight-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath apartment in the exclusive suburb of Lismore, which boasts an ocean view and some of the world’s largest open-air terraces.
The unit is a six-bedroom home that sits on a plot of land in a private suburb of Brisbane, Australia.
It has a balcony overlooking the sea and a garden that includes a pond.
It comes with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room.
In a press release from the real estate company, Lismorre, the property’s architect, says the house was purchased by an individual who lives in Queensland.
The property, built in 2017, has an open-plan layout that offers a range of different terraces, from traditional Victorian terraces that offer panoramic views of the ocean, to a glass roof garden, and even a private swimming pool.
The house has a master suite with its private bathroom, living room, kitchen, and living space, along with a bedroom and a large master bath.
The main living room is flanked by a large fireplace, and the bedroom, which is also large, is covered with a canopy.
It also features a separate living room with its bathtub.
The second floor features a large dining room and two terraces with open terraces in between.
The apartment also has a separate backyard for outdoor entertaining.
It is located on a private property in the Brisbane suburb of Mount Druitt.
The two bedrooms on the first floor have a balcony and walk-in closets.
The bedrooms on this level are separated by a staircase.
