A home sold to a buyer in the US for $1.4 million is now valued at $7.4m.
The home was originally listed at $1 million in 2009.
It is now listed at nearly $1,100,000.
The buyer, an elderly couple, have been in the house for eight years.
They are now selling it to a property developer, according to ABC.
The couple is renting it from a company called Linc.
The company was founded in 2015.
The property, located in the town of Rockford, Illinois, was originally built in 1901 and was sold to the US Army in the 1930s.
The house has been the home of a man who passed away in 2014, but his wife was able to buy it and move in.
The family is now raising funds to renovate the home and have it sold.
The Linc website states: “Linc has been an integral part of the family’s long history, as the family has operated in Rockford for over two generations, and it is time for the next chapter in that family’s history.”
Linc has raised $500,000 through its GoFundMe page.
