The office of Aruba’s state-run real estate arm is one of the most prestigious in Latin America.
The Aruba Land Office, based in the city of Tovar, has been running the office for 15 years, with a staff of about 50, according to Aruba News.
Its main job is to help companies secure the financing for projects and also to monitor the status of projects.
The office has been operating under the umbrella of the state-owned Aruba Development Company (ADA), but its headquarters are in the capital, San Juan, where the ADA has a large office complex.
The real estate department has also expanded its office in the south of the country, where it is now based.
Aruba is not the only country in the region where such offices are expanding.
In Argentina, the Land Office is also helping to promote the country’s economic development by ensuring that the country remains a safe haven for the countrys businesses.
